(A to D) LNCaP cells seeded at ∼30% confluence in T-medium plus 5% FBS were treated with DMSO alone (A) 5 μM Epi and 500 μM IBMX (B), 2 nM IL-6 (C), or both Epi and IL-6 (D). Cell morphology was photographed at a magnification of 20 × 2 days after treatment.
