Effect of 300 pg/mouse AT-RvD1 on COX-2 mRNA expression determined using reverse transcriptase quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) and on cytokine levels determined using ELISA in hairless mouse skin exposed to 4.14 J/cm² UVB radiation.
