(B) U0126 enhanced the growth inhibitory effect of DHA and UDCMe-Z-DHA. HepG2 cells were treated with DHA or UDCMe-Z-DHA in the absence or presence of U0126 for 72 h. Cell viability was measured by the MTT assay. Data are presented as mean ± SEM of at least three independent experiments.
