Nodes represent the proteins and the biological relationship between two nodes is represented as an edge. Genes/proteins involved in the following biological processes, IFN pathway (Cluster a), ER-stress (Cluster b) and metabolism (Cluster c), are notably clustered in the interaction network and further illustrated in (B), (C), and (D), respectively.
