Inhibitory effects of type I and III IFNs on CCHFV infection. AP HEK293 ​cells were pretreated with the indicated concentrations of IFNλ1 (AH) or IFNλ3 (IP), or 100 U/mL IFN-α or 100 ​ng/mL IFN-β for 24 ​h, followed by CCHFV infection and RT-qPCR detection at 24 hpi. CCHFV RNA levels (AC and IK) and representative ISGs in type III IFN-treated cells (DH and LP) were analyzed. (Q and R) Anti-CCHFV activities of type III IFNs in Huh7 cells.
