MSDNc maintains good biological safety. (A) Organ distribution of MSDNc after drug was injected intravenously in healthy mice at a dose of 2 mg/kg. Gold concentration in several tissues, including heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney was measured at 2 h, 6 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h, 3 days, 7 days by ICP-MS. The data were shown as mean ± SD. (B) Blood routine index was measured after the 9-day treatment. (Inject 200ul normal saline (Control group) or MSDNc intravenously every other day for 5 times).
