Cox proportional hazards multiple models adjust for BMI categories (<18.5,18.5–24.9,≥25), at-diagnosis values of age (years), sex (man or woman), tumor stage (I, II, III or IV), surgery (yes or no), chemotherapy (yes or no), radiotherapy, smoking (yes or no), alcohol (yes or no) and TSF, unless stratified by those variables. All HRs compare patients with low HGS and high mGPS vs patients with high HGS and low mGPS.
