Schematic representation of adoptive transfer experiments. 6-8 weeks old control or LGTV infected donor mice (n=5) were sacrificed at 28 dpi and the sera and spleens were collected. 200 µl of pooled serum or 2.53x107 CD3+ T cells from control or LGTV infected mice were administered i.p. into 10-12 weeks old naïve recipient mice (n=5).
