Ad5-GnGcopt efficiently stimulates strong GC B cells and Tfh cells responses. BALB/c mice (n = 18) were immunized with a single dose of Ad5-GnGcopt (10⁸ IFU) or placebo via the intramuscular route. Six mice from each group were euthanized, and the inguinal lymph nodes were collected at 1, 2, and 3 weeks after immunization.
