Matched mutational and copy-number profiling of cartilaginous and sarcomatous components of DDCS. Paired analysis of matched, microdissected, WDCS, and high-grade noncartilaginous sarcomatous components of 7 patients with DDCS were sequenced and analyzed by the MSK-IMPACT pipeline.
