A 28-year-old male presented to the ER with severe left testicular scrotal pain lasting approximately 12 h. On Color Doppler US images, the left testis is enlarged, has a hypoechoic appearance, and lacks parenchymal vascularity compared to the right testis. Imaging findings were consistent with left testicular torsion; an emergent surgery confirmed the diagnosis
