Volumetric bar-chart chip (V-Chip) preloaded with red dye, antibodies for enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and H2O2. Oblique sliding of the top plate forms isolated the channels, allowing the reaction between catalase and H2O2 to proceed that generates oxygen that displaces dye through the channel to a distance proportional to the concentration of the biomarker of interest.
