After 2 h of TRH stimulation, F-actin and β-catenin accumulate at the cell-cell contacts. GH3B6 cells transfected with hPKCα-wt–GFP were analyzed for F-actin and β-catenin localization by immunocytochemistry using phalloidin-TRITC and an anti-β-catenin antibody.
