Cells were incubated with the indicated concentrations of CBD and 200 ng/ml LPS for 24 h. The final concentration of the samples incubated with LPS is indicated. A: The level of nitric oxide (NO) in the culture medium was measured using the Griess reaction. B: Cell viability was measured using a Cell Counting Kit-8.
