A round-like hypoechoic nodule (arrowhead) could be seen at the back, and the boundary between it and the esophageal mass was not clear. C After ATT the follow-up gastroesophageal endoscopy showed a black sunken lesion with elevated peripheral mucosa replaced the original tuberculous mass.
