CE exposure impacts DNA methylation in SSC-like cells at genes with bivalent chromatin. In each panel, left graph shows methylation at individual CpG sites in SSC-like cells and right graph shows level in spermatid-like cells. Two-factor ANOVA of bisulfite pyrosequencing data shows no effect of CE exposure on DNA methylation in SSC-like cells or haploid spermatid-like cells for A: CMPK2, B: GRIK2, and D: KLF16.
