The right side’s effect plots depict the relationship between difference and dispersion in pathways. Statistically significant features would be shown as red dots. On the x-axis in the MA plots are the clr values for the features. Welch’s t-test was performed as a statistical test, and results with p values of less than 0.05 were considered statistically significant.
