MDA-MB-468 cells were treated with either 0 (control) or 5 μM PCAIs. After 48 h, the media were collected and concentrated using vacuum concentrator (Labconco, USA). The concentrated media were subjected to western blot analysis using Jess Simple western assay, the target proteins (~25 kDA) were probed using the respective antibodies targeting RAC1, CDC42, RHOA, or KRAS.
