Cells were treated for 48 h with 0−5 μM of NSL-YHJ-2-27 or 10 μM of NSL-YHJ-2-62. These were then lysed and subjected to western blot analysis for vinculin and fascin protein levels as described in the Materials and Methods. Densitometry of bands and quantification were performed using Image Lab Software and normalized to GAPDH. Data are representative of three independent experiments. Statistical significance (^* p < 0.05 and ^** p < 0.01) was determined by 1-way ANOVA with post hoc Dunnett’s test.
