TIRF live-cell imaging of a HeLa cell stably expressing LAMP1Δ-RUSH and transfected with HALO-RAB8A (24 h). Video shows plasma membrane TIRF microscopy plane, where HALO-RAB8A (magenta) can be seen co-localizing with LAMP1Δ-RUSH carriers (green) near their fusion site.
