Wnt/β-Catenin Signaling pathway: The Wnt pathway is activated by the interaction of Wnt ligands with the Frizzled (Fzd) receptor and the LRP-5, 6 coreceptors. This interaction leads to the activation of the Dishevelled protein and inhibits the formation of the destruction complex. This leads to the stabilization of β-catenin, which contributes to its accumulation in the cytosol and translocation into the nucleus. In the nucleus, β-catenin activates the TCF/LEF family’s transcription factors, regulating gene expression
