(C) Overview image showing the testes with the seminiferous tubules (arrowheads). (D) Zoomed image of indicated area of (C) reveals spermatozoa (SP) in the middle of the seminiferous tubule being positive for τGFP. Leydig cells (L) are visible as interstitial cells adjacent to the seminiferous tubule.
