Table 3.

Ratios of quantified AQP transcript levels in parietal cortex as compared to the hippocampal formation differ with age. The average expression (AveExpr) levels were determined by averaging the RNAseq levels for all probes used for a given gene. t-values represent the test statistic generated by a comparison of the means using two-sample t-tests, with positive values indicating a larger average value for the RNAseq level in the parietal cortex region as compared to the hippocampus. P values were adjusted (Adj P) for multiple tests using the Bonferroni correction, with significant differences indicated by p < 0.05.
