Moderate levels of po-H₂O₂ do not affect the processing of LC3B-I to LC3B-II. DD-DAO Flp-In T-REx 293 cells were cultured as described in the legend to Figure 3 and pre-incubated or not pre-incubated with 1 µM Torin-1 for 8 h. Thereafter, the cells were transferred to mMEMα (for details, see Section 2) supplemented with 10 mM L-Ala, 10 mM D-Ala, and/or 1 µM Torin-1.
