Severe po-H₂O₂ insults cause late-stage impairment of autophagy. DD-DAO Flp-In T-REx 293 cells were cultured as described in the legend to Figure 3. The cells, pre-incubated (B) or not pre-incubated (A) with 200 nM BafA1 for 8 h before the start of the experiment, were treated as indicated for 60 min and processed for immunoblotting with an antibody specific to LC3B.
