(A) C4-2B and (B) 22Rv1 cells were incubated with or without Trolox, triptolide (TLP), bay 11-7082 (BAY), caffeic acid phenethyl ester (CAPE), or Stattic (STAT3 inhibitor), then were treated with 50 μg/mL oxLDLs for 24 h and AR expression was evaluated by Western blot.
