Rocaglates affected the functions of M1 polarized macrophages. Primary human monocytes differentiated to MdMs were polarized to M1 MdMs in the presence or absence of rocaglates. Surface marker expression of M1 MdMs was measured with a MACSQuant^® Analyzer 10. The geometric mean of the fluorescence intensity was related to vehicle control. Above the graphs, a representative histogram of the geometric mean fluorescence intensity is shown. N = 3–6. For statistical analysis, mixed-effect analysis with Dunnett’s multiple comparisons test was used. * p < 0.05, ** p < 0.01, and *** p < 0.001 indicate significant differences between rocaglate- and vehicle-treated samples.
