Biphasic time killing curves of (a) tobramycin, (b) colistin, and (c) meropenem against levofloxacin persisters of P. aeruginosa. After treatment with 100X-MIC of levofloxacin, P. aeruginosa strains (P1, P2, P3) were exposed to bactericidal concentrations of antibiotics and viable counts were determined at different time points (0, 1, 3, 5, and 24 h).
