a and b, Fluorescence images of endogenous integrin β1 (a) and transiently expressed GFP-tagged integrin β3, β6, and β8 (b) in U2OS cells expressing a plasma membrane marker RFP-CaaX on 200-nm nanobar arrays coated with different ECM proteins (fibronectin, vitronectin or laminin). All of them show no preference for the nanobar ends.
