(A) HFFs were infected with vLGluc at an MOI of 0.01 and treated with indicated individual compounds at a series of concentrations (or vehicle DMSO) for 24h. Gluc activities were measured to determine the EC₅₀. (B) HFFs cell viabilities were determined by an MTT assay after incubated with indicated compounds at a series of concentrations for 24 h. (C) EC₅₀ and CC₅₀ of the compounds in A and B are shown. At least three repeats were performed for all experiments.
