Impact of non-digested and digested Ag NMs on HCT116 cell viability. Cell viability assessed by WST-1 assay 24 h after HCT116 cells were exposed to digested and non-digested Ag NPs (a–c), as well as HEC (no Ag) (d) and OGI fluid (no NMs) (e).
