VEGF ( 10 )	Promote angiogenesis and increase vascular permeability; Promote endothelial cell migration and proliferation; Promote granulation tissue formation.
TGF-β ( 11 )	Promote angiogenesis; Increased proliferation of fibroblasts and keratinocytes; Metalloproteinase inhibitors; Mediate extracellular matrix and collagen production; Regulating mitosis of other growth factors; Inhibit macrophage and lymphocyte proliferation.
