Overexpressed TLR2, TLR3, TLR4, and TLR5 enhance IL-1β production during PRV infection. (A to D) HEK293T cells were transfected with the NF-κB reporter or a plasmid expressing TLR2, TLR3, TLR4, and TLR5 (200 ng/each). After transfection for 24 h, the cells were infected with PRV, and then luciferase assays were performed.
