Both discovery (ADc12) and replication (GenADA) samples were downloaded from dbGaP. Age, mean ± SD. For each case, the “Age” was the age at onset (AAO). For each control, the “Age” was the age at examination (AAE). *p = 5.97 × 10−71 when AAO compared to AAE in the discovery sample. **p = 4.94 × 10−3 when AAO compared to AAE in the replication sample.
