The majority of participants favored in-person disclosure, followed by electronic and telehealth delivery. Few participants preferred receiving PRS results by mail or by telephone. To produce the treemap, data corresponding to the best method for result disclosure, a topic included in the interview guide, were coded, categorized, and then tallied to determine the hierarchy. When multiple modalities were described as equally acceptable, all cited modalities were included in the tally. Participants’ rationale for supporting a specific disclosure method was also captured, and similar reasons were grouped and tallied. PRS, polygenic risk score.
