Characteristics are given for all patients with supratentorial intraventricular tumors (n = 59) as well as patients receiving biopsy (n = 13), incomplete (n = 13) and complete (n = 33) tumor resection. Of note, one patient undergoing incomplete tumor resection received both, internal shunting with biopsy, followed by VP shunting after resection. Significant differences are indicated by *p ≤ 0.05
