In the tumor, NRF2 inhibitors help suppress tumor growth and metastasis by decreasing NRF2 protein levels. In addition, synthetic lethality anti-cancer drugs are transformed into strongly active drugs by NRF2-targeted drug-metabolizing enzymes.
