Of the 487, 476, and 458 K-SADS interviews completed at age 9, 12, and 15, respectively, 449 (92.2%), 426 (89.5%), and 407 (91.3%) were completed by mothers, with the remaining interviews being completed by fathers. The “Parent-report” on the SCARED corresponds to the parent who completed the K-SADS interview.
