(A) Schematic representation of an assay in which compensation beads are loaded with S309 SARS-CoV-2 RBD-specific antibodies, positive control APC-specific antibodies, or negative control anti-PE antibodies prior to incubation with RBD APC tetramers. (B) Representative flow cytometric analysis of two different batches of RBD APC tetramers. These batches were produced as a single batch that was split and stored at −20°C in 50% glycerol (2G) or 4°C in 1xDPBS (2P) 36 weeks prior to analysis.
