Rows represent the set of 118 differentially expressed genes with known function. Hierarchical centroid linkage (with Pearson distance) was the clustering method selected. Columns represent log2-transformed gene expression values for each gene in every single subject. Column (individuals) and row (gene expression) values were sorted by centroid linkage clustering method.
