A Graphic visualization of in vivo experimental time line. First bioluminescence (BLI) measurement was carried out on day 8, followed by subsequent rounds of treatment and BLI measurements two times per week. B NSG mice were transplanted with 1 × 105 Namalwa-LUC cells via intra venous injection. Average BLI signal per group (n = 7) for the times when all mice were present in the experiment. Mice were treated with 5-Aza-2’ at 2.5 mg/kg and/or TAK981 at 25 mg/kg, control mice were treated with solvent HPBCD. Treatment occurred bi-weekly and was given intra-peritoneal.
