30 proteins were expressed at levels more than twofold higher by macrophages cultured on collagen type I-coated plastic (fibrous and globular combined, n = 6 each), compared to macrophages cultured on uncoated plastic (n = 6). Three proteins were expressed at levels more than twofold lower (fold change < 0.5). p < 0.025 was considered significant.
