23 proteins were expressed at levels more than twofold higher in macrophages cultured on fibrous collagen type I-coated tissue culture plastic compared to macrophages in globular collagen-coated conditions, while four proteins were expressed at levels more than twofold lower (fold change < 0.5). N = 6, p < 0.05 was considered significant.
