Cln3^Δex7/8 mice show altered circadian activity patterns. When measured in a home cage running wheel apparatus during a regular light/dark cycle (A), 10-month old Cln3^Δex7/8 mice of both treatment groups are active significantly earlier than their wild type counterparts (B,C). When measured during a 24 hour dark cycle (D), 10-month old Cln3^Δex7/8 mice of both treatment groups are also active significantly earlier than their wild type counterparts (E,F).
