Fig. 10 — Resting-state platelets from three donors were isolated and whole cell SMALPs were generated as described in methods. Platelet SMALPs were then subjected to native-PAGE (SMA-PAGE), where the negatively charged SMA belt of the nanodisc provides the migration-driven electronic force, with the gel percentage indicated.
