GI50 values (mean ± SD) were defined as the concentrations of compounds that resulted in a 50% cell growth inhibition and obtained from an MTT assay. Every experiment was repeated at least three times.
The resistance index was calculated by dividing the GI50 of MCF-7/TDP1 cells by the GI50 of MCF-7 cells.
