Effect of thymoquinone (TQ) treatment in U251 and U251R cell lines. Protein expression and calibration after pretreatment with (A) SB203580 (10 μM) and (B) U0126 (10 μM) followed by TQ (50 μM) treatment for 24 h in U251 and U251R cells. SB203580 inhibited U251R cell apoptosis and U0126 enhanced U251R cell apoptosis after TQ treatment.
