NanoBRET based approach for GPCRs. The binding behavior of TAMRA‐labeled ligands at GPCRs can be studied by using an N‐terminally Nluc‐tagged GPCR construct. The fused Nluc converts coelenterazine h to coelenteramide. The arising energy can excite the TAMRA fluorophore of the ligand only when it is bound in the GPCR binding pocket and thus in close proximity.
