Expression of neuroblastoma-specific and cell cycle genes in 500 µL of SEC (size exclusion chromatography) fractions, as isolated from 500 µL plasma, from one healthy control and one patient with metastatic neuroblastoma. Fractions F7 to F10 are considered as enriched in extracellular vesicles (EV).
