Holomycin is readily reduced by TCEP, DTT and DHLA. (A) Titration with TCEP. (B) Titration with DTT. (C) Titration with DHLA. In all cases, the reduction of holomycin proceeds promptly and quantitatively at 1 equiv. of the reducing agent. The assays were performed by adding the respective amount of TCEP, DTT or DHLA to 50 μM Holo in 75 mM Tris‐HCl, pH 7.4.
